I AM THANKFUL: FOR THE WIFE
WHO SAYS IT'S INSTANT MEE TONIGHT,
BECAUSE SHE IS HOME WITH ME,
AND NOT OUT WITH SOMEONE ELSE.


FOR THE HUSBAND
WHO IS ON THE SOFA
BEING A COUCH POTATO,
BECAUSE HE IS HOME WITH ME
AND NOT OUT AT THE BARS.


FOR THE TEENAGER
WHO IS COMPLAINING ABOUT DOING DISHES
BECAUSE IT MEANS SHE IS AT HOME, NOT ON THE STREETS.


FOR THE TAXES I PAY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM EMPLOYED.



FOR THE MESS TO CLEAN AFTER A PARTY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE BEEN SURROUNDED BY FRIENDS.


FOR THE CLOTHES THAT FIT A LITTLE TOO SNUG
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE ENOUGH TO EAT.



FOR MY SHADOW THAT WATCHES ME WORK
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM OUT IN THE SUNSHINE



FOR A LAWN THAT NEEDS MOWING,
WINDOWS THAT NEED CLEANING,
AND GUTTERS THAT NEED FIXING
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE A HOME.


FOR ALL THE COMPLAINING
I HEAR ABOUT THE GOVERNMENT
BECAUSE IT MEANS WE HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH.


FOR THE PARKING SPOT
I FIND AT THE FAR END OF THE PARKING LOT
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM CAPABLE OF WALKING
AND I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH TRANSPORTATION.


FOR MY HUGE ELECTRIC BILL
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM WARM.


FOR THE LADY BEHIND ME IN THE CHOIR WHO SINGS OFF KEY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I CAN HEAR.



FOR THE PILE OF LAUNDRY AND IRONING
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE CLOTHES TO WEAR.



FOR WEARINESS AND ACHING MUSCLES AT THE END OF THE DAY
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE BEEN CAPABLE OF WORKING HARD.



FOR THE ALARM THAT GOES OFF IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS
BECAUSE IT MEANS I AM ALIVE.


AND FINALLY, FOR TOO MANY E-MAILS
BECAUSE IT MEANS I HAVE FRIENDS WHO ARE THINKING OF ME.

My 2nd Google Cheque!

Here I am again, flaunting my
2nd Google cheque. :)



I know this isn't much but let me tell you, I earned this without bleeding a sweat or investing a penny..

Mmmm... Just a lil bit of my time topped with the sweet-aroma of passion. And that's it!



Online business is for me , my only way to riches! I can feel that!

Others succeed. Some may have failed but for me, it's my future!

Day 4 as a Property Agent

Day 4 of my training as a Property Agent here in Singapore.

It's not easy.

Disappointments here and there.

Last minute cancelled viewing.

Some rude agents.

Fussy landlords.

Calls. Calls. Calls. And alot of calls.

Sms. Sms. Sms. And a lot of sms.

Whew!

Things can happen.
Some events maybe are disappointing
that in my heart it may prompt me anytime to just stop and find another easy boring 8-5day job.

It's easy to do that. Yes.
But well that's NOT me.

For now, giving up is not in my mind yet.

I have prayed to Jesus to give me the desire to make it in this journey. If this is not for me, He will tell me.
If it's for me, you'll see.

Am I disappointed today?

Yes. I am.

But that emotion wont stop me.

It's temporary.

Why do I know?

Because my heart tells me so.

I may not have closed the viewing tonight but it's alright.

I've made some few agent friends to expand my network.

That alone to me.. is priceless.

PLUS.

Jesus is with me.

That's the best assurance that I have. :)

FW: Hahah... Funny wrong email

Subject: Wrong email.....haha

A man checked into a hotel.

There was a computer in his room, so he decided to send an e-mail to his wife. However, he accidentally typed a wrong e-mail address, and without realising his error, he sent the e-mail.

Meanwhile...... somewhere in Houston, a widow had just returned from her husband's funeral.
The widow decided to check her e-mail, expecting condolence messages from relatives and friends.

After reading the first message, she fainted.

The widow's son rushed into the room, found his mother on the floor, and saw the computer screen which read:

To: My Loving Wife
Subject: I've reached
Date: 16 Mar 2009

I know you're surprised to hear from me. They have computers here, and we are allowed to send e-mails to loved ones.

I've just reached and have been checked in.

I see that everything has been prepared for your arrival tomorrow.

Looking forward to see you TOMORROW !

Ok so starting this month, my salary will be cut off to at least 40% . Oh nooo!
What will happen to my dream gadget ipad??
I really want that within 2 months time. :(

Anyways,
So I researched the web carefully for some LEGIT part time jobs online.
Finally got tired of soooo many scams that's been going around for so long,
this time, I wana play smart.

Ok.

I found this website from Clickbank.  LEGIT ONLINE JOBS.

mmmm..sounds so promising.

Some time back I found a blog talking about a website called Legit Online Jobs. Their review was honest (or at least it sounded that way) and they spoke highly of Legit Online Jobs. Still I am not one to purchase something without reading a few different reviews. So I did my best to find reviews from people who looked like they actually used the product and after finding only positive comments and reviews I decided to give Legit Online Jobs a go.

Their home page didn’t reveal too much apart from the fact that they are heavily into making money from posting classified ads but I had heard that they offer much more than just the classified ad technique so I signed up and paid the $69.95 for VIP access (only $49.95 if you take the basic package.)

This money making membership site focuses on quite a few different ways to make money online and lists them on the welcome page once logged in:

Ad Cash System- Learn how to make great money typing ads for companies.
Real Home Jobs – Real no-fee jobs. Get paid by the hour. Includes data entry jobs.
Paid Surveys – Give your opinion on various products and get paid for it.
Paid Shopping – Get paid to shop in stores or eat out at restaurants.
Paid Driving – Get paid to drive your own car or receive a brand new free car.
Paid Email/Surf – Get paid to read email and visit websites.
Paid Offers – Get paid to complete free offers from various companies.

Wholesale/Ebay – Access the best wholesale sources and make money reselling.

Although the home page of Legit Online Jobs pushes the Ad Cash System (which by the way I have tried but more on that below) the main benefit for many is the Real Home Jobs section. It includes data entry, transcription services, editing, writing, translating, assistant type jobs, clerical, research, sales and marketing and much more. There are even jobs that involve you answering customer phone calls in your own home for big companies.

Quite a few of the members of this site take on a few jobs at a time in order to make a full-time wage.

Legit Online Jobs emphasises that none of the services provided on their site requires a further fee to sign up so after the initial payment everything is free.

As well as everything mentioned above there is also a bonus section with over 50 ebooks and video coaching on a variety of subjects including:

• Squidoo Basics
• One Step to eBay Riches
• Make Money Without Leaving Your Home
• How to Get Quick Cash in an Emergency
• Adsense Secrets

The Ad Cash System is promoted heavily on the home page of Legit Online Jobs. We have tried it and it definitely does work. It requires time and effort but it is by no means difficult to do – in fact it is dead easy once you know how. The goal is to place as many ads as you can on free classified ad sites that link to a product that you can make a commission from. Legit Online Jobs recommends putting up 30 ads a day. We put up about 2 a day over a 2 month period and made just over $200. Not bad for about 15 minutes of work a day.

The whole point of Legit Online Jobs is that they do the dirty work for you and find only the legitimate money making sites. This is especially important for those new to internet marketing or working online as they can be easily scammed.

Overall we found this to be a great resource for anyone wanting to make money online. The variety of methods means that there is something for everyone and you can pick and choose the money making method that suits you. We definitely recommend it.
